晚期癌症患者安宁疗护态度量表的汉化及信效度分析

摘　　要：目的对安宁疗护态度量表(Palliative Care Attitudes Scale,PCAS-9)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法通过Brislin模型汉化量表,经过文化调适后,选取440名癌症晚期患者进行测试,检验量表的信度效度。结果中文版安宁疗护态度量表共有9个条目,探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累积方差贡献率为81.518%。验证性因子分析显示模型的各项指标均达到标准,模型拟合良好。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.863,各个分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为0.875、0.901、0.872;2周后量表总的重测信度为0.862,各个分量表的重测信度为0.762、0.747、0.910。结论中文版安宁疗护态度量表具有较好的信效度,可用于测评晚期癌症患者对安宁疗护的态度。Objective To translate the Palliative Care Attitudes Scale(PCAS-9)and to test the reliability and validity.Methods The PCAS-9 was translated according to the Brislin translation model.After cultural adjustment,440 patients with advanced cancer were selected to complete the scale to test the reliability and validity.Results The Chinese version of the scale consisted of 9 items.Exploratory factor analysis was used to extract three common factors,and the factor cumulative variance contribution rate was 81.518%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all the indicators of the model reached the criteria and the model fitted well.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.863,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each subscale 0.875,0.901,and 0.872,respectively.After 2 weeks,the total retest reliability of the scale was 0.862,and the retest reliability of each subscale was 0.762,0.747,and 0.910 respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of PCAS-9 had good reliability and validity and could be used to evaluate the attitudes toward palliative care in advanced cancer patients.
