摘　　要：目的收集中医药在缓慢性心律失常研究领域的科研文献数据,进行文献计量学分析,梳理该领域的整体研究脉络、发展现状、热点方向及未来趋势。方法检索科研数据库(CNKI、PubMed)中的文献信息,获取相关数据后使用信息可视化软件CiteSpace及VOSviewer分别对纳入数据进行年度发文趋势、研究热点可视化,作者与机构合作网络等文献计量学分析,生成知识图谱。结果本研究共纳入文献2691篇,包括主题关键词178个,其中频次≥20次的高频关键词有46个;发现4个核心作者团队,发文量最多的机构分别是辽宁中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学、中国中医科学院广安门医院等科研院所。临床用于治疗缓慢性心律失常类疾病的常见中药包括麻黄附子细辛汤、炙甘草汤、参附注射液、心宝丸、参松养心胶囊及参仙升脉口服液。结论目前本领域已逐步进入稳定发展阶段,研究方法、内容仍需进一步深入发展,研究团队、机构需继续加强合作交流,推动中医药在缓慢性心律失常研究领域的持续发展。Objective To explore the research context, current situation, hot spots and future development trend in this field through bibliometric analysis of the research literature data of TCM in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Methods After retrieving the literature information in research database(CNKI, PubMed) and obtaining relevant data, CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to conduct bibliometric analysis on the included data, such as annual publication trend,research hotspots, authors and institutional cooperation network, and generate visual knowledge map.Results A total of2691 articles were included in this study, with 178 keywords, including 46 high-frequency keywords ≥ 20 times. Four core author teams and the institutions with the largest number of articles were Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guang′anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and other research institutes. The main TCM prescriptions for the treatment of bradyarrhythmia were Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction, Zhigancao Decoction, Shenfu Injection, Xinbao Pill, Shensong Yangxin Capsule and Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid.Conclusion At present, this field has gradually entered a stable stage of development, but the research method is relatively single, which needs to enrich the research direction, and the research team and institutions need to strengthen cooperation and exchange.
