基于偏离-份额分析法解析广西林业产业结构  

Analysis on Industrial Structure in Guangxi Forestry Based on Shift-share Analysis

摘　　要：为探究广西林业产业结构特点和产业发展状况,运用偏离-份额分析法,以全国林业为参照,对广西林业三次产业结构和产业发展过程进行分析。结果表明,广西林业第一产业和第二产业的竞争力和发展速度均高于全国林业平均水平,但产业结构层次差,且产业竞争力和发展速度均呈下降趋势;第二产业是广西林业的主导产业;第三产业占比最小,但产业结构、竞争力及发展速度均具有较大优势,发展潜力大。根据研究结论,今后应优化林木种植结构,提高木材生产质量,创新发展模式,推动林产加工业转型升级;抓住机遇,加快发展森林生态旅游。In order to explore forestry industrial structure and industrial development of Guangxi,taking nation‐al forestry level as reference,structures and industrial development of three industries of Guangxi forestry were analyzed by using shift-share method.Results showed that primary industry and secondary industry of Guangxi forestry were both higher than national average level of forestry in competitiveness and developmental speeds,but industrial structure levels were poor,and industrial competitiveness and developmental speeds were on downward trends.Secondary industry was dominant industry of Guangxi forestry.Tertiary industry had promi‐nent advantages,strong competitiveness and fast economic development,although it had the lowest proportion.According to the conclusion,it was suggested that optimize forest planting structure,improve quality of timber production,innovate development mode,promote transformation and upgrading of forest processing industry,and seize opportunity to accelerate development of forest ecological tourism.
