摘  要:大容量变压器的直流电阻测量是一项比较消耗时间的试验项目,也是变压器必做试验项目。Δ接线的绕组直流电阻测试时间相对较长,受剩磁影响较为严重。通过直流电阻测试接线及方法的论述,分析减小Δ接线的绕组直流电阻测量测试时间的方法。最后对220 kV大容量变压器进行直流电阻测量试验,对比了不同接线方法下的测试时间。试验结果验证了各种优化直流电阻测量的方法,可用于电气试验工作。The DC resistance measurement of large capacity transformer is a time-consuming test item,and it is also a necessary test item for transformer.Δthe test time of winding DC resistance of wiring is relatively long,which is seriously affected by residual magnetism.Through the discussion of DC resistance test wiring and methods,this paper analyzes the method of reducing the test time of winding DC resistance withΔwiring.Finally,the DC resistance measurement test of 220 kV large capacity transformer is carried out,and the test time under different wiring methods is compared.The test results of this paper verify various methods of optimizing DC resistance measurement,which can be used as a reference for electrical test.
