摘 要:有色金属冶炼生产企业的配料车间加料工作直接关系到企业的发展质量,而降低配料车间的生产管理成本,提升配料车间物料转运作业的工作效率,离不开抓斗起重系统的有效发挥。传统人工管理模式下,人工劳动强度大,处理效率低,且涉及到较高的设备维护费用,要解决这些问题,有必要为已有的桥式抓斗起重机实施智能化改造,以提升抓斗起重系统的自动化、信息化及智能化水平。基于此,从介绍某有色金属冶炼企业铜冶炼渣处理的精矿仓配料车间现况出发,就配料车间智能无人化抓斗吊天车系统的流程、功能模块进行阐述,重点分析了智能无人化抓斗吊天车系统中各个技术子系统的应用。The feeding work of the batching workshop of non-ferrous metal smelting production enterprises is directly related to the development quality of the enterprise,and reducing the production management cost of the batching workshop and improving the work efficiency of the material transfer operation in the batching workshop cannot be separated from the effective use of the grab hoisting system..Under the traditional manual management mode,the labor intensity is high,the processing efficiency is low,and it involves high equipment maintenance costs.To solve these pain points,it is necessary to implement intelligent transformation for the existing bridge grab crane to improve the grab The automation,informatization and intelligence level of the lifting system.Based on this,the article starts from introducing the current situation of the batching workshop of the concentrate bin for the treatment of copper smelting slag in a nonferrous metal smelting enterprise,and expounds the process and functional modules of the intelligent unmanned grab crane system in the batching workshop,and focuses on the analysis of intelligent The application of various technical subsystems in the unmanned grab crane system.
