摘　　要：近年来,我国市场经济飞速发展,工业、制造业欣欣向荣,机械化水平越来越高,同时计算机技术、人工智能技术也给工业注入了新的动力。在工业自动化控制系统中,AI智能检测发挥了重要作用,但仍未能充分释放该技术的应用优势。主要围绕着AI智能检测在工业自动化控制系统中的应用展开研究,从其应用的重要性入手进行分析,结合应用现状分析其中存在的问题,并对基于5G的工业AI视觉检测系统解决方案进行探索,对其应用价值进行简要分析以促进AI智能检测技术的革新优化。In recent years,China's market economy is developing rapidly,industry,manufacturing industry is thriving,the mechanization level is getting higher and higher,at the same time,computer technology,artificial intelligence technology has also injected new power into the industry.In the industrial automation control system,AI intelligent detection plays an important role,but it still fails to fully release the application advantages of this technology.This paper will be around the AI intelligent detection in industrial automation control system application,analyzed from the importance of its application,combined with the application status analysis of the existing problems,and explore the 5G industrial AI visual detection system solutions,and a brief analysis of its application value in order to promote the innovation of AI intelligent detection technology.
