摘　　要：国家能源集团煤焦化西来峰甲醇厂空气式压缩机组为汽轮机拖动式压缩机,该机组防喘振控制自2009年开工以来,由于DCS功能的局限性,防喘振控制回路一直处于手动控制状态,汽轮机启停由原始的带控制面板和按键的505控制器控制,操作复杂,严重影响机组安全运行,能耗大,介于目前状况,升级改造为美国CCC一键启停机组控制系统,技术改造完成后,达到全自动控制机组启停,稳定了工艺目标,实现了节能降耗目标。The air compressor unit of xilaifeng methanol plant of China National Energy Group Coal Coking Co.,Ltd.is a turbine driven compressor.Since the anti surge control of the unit was started in 2009,due to the functional limitations of DCS system,the anti surge control circuit has been in manual control state.The turbine start and stop is controlled by the original 505 controller with control panel and key.The operation is complex,which seriously affects the safe operation of the unit and consumes a lot of energy,which is between the current situation,Now it is upgraded to the American CCC one key start and stop unit control system.After the technical transformation is completed,it can achieve the goal of fully automatic control unit start and stop,stabilize the process and achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
