摘　　要：为解决大型泵站立式水泵机组生产大修管理问题,深入分析了大型泵站立式水泵机组的庞大体型、复杂构件内容,证实了大修管理工作任务是相当繁重的。为此,提出了针对大型泵站立式水泵机组的大修管理规划、大修管理技术团队、大修管理进度表、大修管理技术实践应用解决措施。In order to solve the problem of production overhaul management of large-scale pump station vertical water pump unit,this paper mainly analyzes the huge size and complex components of large-scale pump station vertical water pump unit,and proves that the task of overhaul management is quite heavy.For this reason,the technical plan and management measures for the overhaul of largescale pump units are expected to be put forward.
