公司治理结构下饲料企业中小股东的权益保护研究

摘　　要：在市场经济背景下,各大企业股东的经济利润呈上升趋势,在这种情况下,饲料企业中小股东权益保护的重要性不言而喻。我国相关部门从饲料企业中小股东权益这一问题入手,颁布了相关的处理条例,如事前防范、事后救济等。事前防范主要侧重企业结构内部的监管体系;事后救济主要侧重企业股东的救济权利。但在实际运行中,市场对企业的执行提出了更高的要求,很难在本质上彻底保护饲料企业中小股东的权益。本文以饲料企业为例,对公司治理结构下饲料企业中小股东的权益保护展开具体研究。Under the background of market economy,the economic profits of shareholders of major enterprises are on the rise.In this case,the importance of protecting the rights and interests of small and medium-sized shareholders in feed enterprises is self-evident.Starting with the issue of the rights and interests of small and medium-sized shareholders in feed enterprises,relevant departments in China have promulgated relevant handling regulations,such as prevention in advance and relief after the event.From the perspective of pre engagement prevention,it mainly focuses on the supervision system within the enterprise structure;In terms of post relief,it mainly focuses on the relief rights of enterprise shareholders.However,in the actual operation,the market puts forward higher requirements for the implementation of enterprises,so it is difficult to completely protect the rights and interests of minority shareholders of feed enterprises in essence.Taking feed enterprises as an example,this paper makes a specific analysis and Research on the protection of the rights and interests of minority shareholders of feed enterprises under the corporate governance structure.
