摘  要:制备了Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr(x=0.8,0.9和1.0)系列材料并研究了材料的磁热性能,通过X射线衍射分析确定了材料为MgCu_(2)结构的Laves相,空间群为Fd-3mS。通过GSAS精修确定了材料的晶格常数,发现材料的晶格常数随Co元素含量增加而线性减小。通过麦克斯韦方程计算了材料的磁熵变,磁熵变最大值随Co元素含量的增加而下降。通过Co元素含量的调控可以实现材料居里温度在236~320K之间进行调节。研究发现Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr材料相变类型均为二级磁相变。Fe_(1.2)Co_(0.8)Zr材料在0~3T磁场下磁熵变的最大值为0.27J/kg/K。Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr材料具有居里温度可调和制冷区间较大的特点,为具有较大应用潜力的无稀土磁致冷剂。Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr(x=0.8,0.9,and 1.0)alloys were prepared and the magnetocaloric effect of those alloys were investigated.The phase structure of Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr(x=0.8,0.9,and 1.0)alloys are cubic MgCu_(2) Laves structure with Fd-3mS space group determined by XRD.The lattice parameter decreases with the increase of the content of Co element by GSAS refining.The maximum of magnetic entropy changes calculated by the Maxwell function decrease with the increase of Co content.The Curie temperature of those alloys can be adjusted between 236 K and 320 K by changing the content of doping Co.The type of phase transition of Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr(x=0.8,0.9 and 1.0)alloys are second order.The maximum magnetic entropy change is 0.27 J/kg/K for Fe_(1.2)Co_(0.8)Zr alloy.Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr(x=0.8,0.9,and 1.0)alloys have the characteristic of adjustable Curie temperature and a large cooling range.And Fe_(2-x)Co_(x)Zr-series are rare-earth-free refrigerants with great application potential.
