摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出不同Fe掺杂量的LaCo_(1-x)Fe_(x)O_(3),并将其作为锌-空气电池的空气电极活性材料。分别通过XRD、SEM以及电化学测试研究了其形貌结构和电催化性能。结果表明,当Fe取代量超过50%时,LaCo_(1-x)Fe_(x)O_(3)的晶体结构由菱面体开始转变为立方体。其中,LaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)颗粒均匀,晶粒尺寸达到纳米级别,在-0.7 V电位下,表现出了最大的极化电流密度4.92 mA·cm^(-2)。将LaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)应用于锌-空气电池空气电极中,在1mA恒定电流下,放电电压稳定在1.2 V。在80个循环后,充放电压差为0.85 V,往返效率保持在57.2%,优于LaCoO_(3)的0.95 V和52.0%。LaCo_(1-x)Fe_(x)O_(3) prepared by sol-gel method were used as air electrode active materials of zinc-air battery.The structure,morphology and electrocatalytic properties of LaCo_(1-x)Fe_(x)O_(3) were studied by XRD,SEM and electrochemical tests.The results showed that when the Fe substitution 50%,the crystal structure of LaCo_(1-x)Fe_(x)O_(3) change from rhombohedral to cubic.The LaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) catalyst exhibited the maximum output current density of 4.92 mAcm 2 at the potential of-0.7 V(vs.Hg/HgO)and the grain size was in the nanometer level.The electrocatalytic property of LaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) was evaluated as the air electrode catalyst for Zn-air battery.The discharge voltage was 1.2 V at the constant current of 1 mA.After 80 cycles,LaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) showed a lower charge-discharge gap of 0.85 V with a higher round-trip efficiency of 57.3%,which was better than that of LaCoO_(3)(0.95 V and 52.0%).
