从一则案例看出口订单执行前后的风险防范

摘　　要：根据WTO发布报告显示,2020年中国出口额高达179326亿元,占全球出口总额的15.8%,处于世界第一大贸易出口地位。作为出口的主力军中小型企业,在开拓海外市场时,因对风险预测和评估不充分,应对风险,处理不当造成经济受损。从一则出口订单案例入手,本文分析中小企业在订单执行前后忽视的风险及造成损失的原因,并给出几点启示,注意防范。According to a report issued by WTO,the volume of export in China amounted to 1.7 trillion CNY,which accounted for15.8%of global export volume.China is the top 1 export country in the world.As the mainstream of exporter,the medium and smallsize enterprises often suffer loss with the insufficient estimation and prediction for export risks and improper handling.In this paper,the export risks before and after order execution and the reason for the loss will be analyzed and enlightened for the precautions.
