支持-表达性团体干预配合化疗日记对淋巴瘤化疗患者心理状态及自护能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨支持-表达性团体干预(SEGT)配合化疗日记对淋巴瘤化疗患者心理状态及自护能力的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年3月1日~2021年3月31日收治的110例淋巴瘤化疗患者分为观察组和对照组各55例,两组均给予常规护理,对照组给予化疗日记干预护理,观察组给予SEGT配合化疗日记干预护理;比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自护能力[采用自护能力量表(ESCA)]、生活质量[采用生活质量核心量表(QLQ-30)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),ESCA各维度得分和总分、QLQ-30各方面得分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SEGT配合化疗日记护理能有效改善淋巴瘤化疗患者的心理状态,提高自护能力和生活质量,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of supportive-expressive group therapy(SEGT)combined with chemotherapy diary on psychological status and self-care ability in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma.Methods:A total of 110 patients with lymphoma who underwent chemotherapy admitted during March 1,2020 to March 31,2021 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing.The control group received chemotherapy diary intervention,and the observation group received SEGT combined with chemotherapy diary intervention.Psychological status by SAS and SDS,self-care ability by ESCA,quality of life by QLQ-30 and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The ESCA scores and QLQ-30 scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SEGT combined with chemotherapy diary nursing can effectively improve psychological status,self-care ability and quality of life in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma,and reduce adverse reactions.
