TANG Rongchuan Treating Vexation with Classical Formulas

摘　　要：心烦是临床常见病症。唐容川取法仲景,并依据其阴阳水火气血理论,辨证应用经方治疗心烦。对实证火太甚者,用黄连阿胶汤清心火、补阴液;对火郁而不得宣者,用栀子豉汤加味清火宣郁除烦;对虚证火不甚而血太虚者,用酸枣仁汤清虚火、敛肝气、养血虚;对虚中夹实、烦而兼躁者,审视二便情况选用承气汤除烦宁躁。逐次分析唐容川应用此四方剂治疗心烦的辨证规律,以期为更加深入理解经方原旨和临床诊治心烦提供帮助。Vexation is a common clinical disease.Based on ZHANG Zhongjing’s theory of yin and yang,water,fire,qi and blood,TANG Rongchuan differentiated and applied classical formulas to treat vexation.For excess fire syndrome,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction(黄连阿胶汤)should be used to clear heart fire and nourish yin fluid.For fire stagnation failing to dissipate,the added Zhizichi Decoction(栀子豉汤)should be used to clear fire,dissipate depression and relieve vexation.For deficiency fire syndrome and blood deficiency,Suanzaoren Decoction(酸枣仁汤)should be used to clear deficient fire,astringe liver qi and nourish deficient blood.For deficiency-excess in complexity,vexation with irritability,Chengqi Decoction(承气汤)should be used according to patients’urination and defecation to relieve vexation and irritability.This paper analyzed the syndrome differentiation rule of TANG Rongchuan treating vexation with the four formulas,in order to provide assistance for further understanding the original purpose of the classical formulas and clinical treatment of vexation.
