摘　　要：对本草记载的“露”“药露”“金银花露”进行系统考证。“金银花露”又名银花露、金银露、忍冬花露,归类为“药露”,由金银花鲜品或干品蒸馏而来,最早见于明朝《医学穷源集》,临床应用盛于清朝,既可单方,亦可复方配伍,因其“气芬郁而味甘,能开胃宽中、解毒消火”,用于治疗肺热津伤、胃热、舌疔及疮痘、小儿胎毒等热毒证,临床疗效显著。考证结果对于深入探究金银花的药效物质,提升和完善金银花药材质量标准,提高金银花相关产品临床治疗效果,具有重要的参考价值。This paper makes a systematic textual research on the“dew”,“medicinal distillate”and“Jinyinhua distillate”recorded in materia medica books.“Jinyinhua distillate”,also known as Yinhua distillate,Jinyin distillate and Rendonghua distillate,is classified as“medicine distillate”.It is distilled from fresh or dry Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos).It was first seen in the Collection of Medical Origin in the Ming Dynasty.It became a commonly used prescription in the Qing Dynasty,which can be either single prescription or compound compatibility.Jinyinhua distillate is fragrant and sweet in flavor,can improve appetite and smooth the middle,remove toxin and fire,used in the treatment of syndromes of heat and toxin such as lung heat damaging body fluids,stomach heat,tongue pustule,sore,pox and fetal toxin,etc.with remarkable clinical efficacy.The research results have important reference value for further exploring the pharmacodynamic substances of Jinyinhua,improving the quality standard of Jinyinhua,and improving the clinical therapeutic effect of Jinyinhua related products.
