摘　　要：《删补名医方论》系我国古代唯一一部由官方组织撰辑的方论专著,其方剂收录与分类切合实用,影响深远。自方剂出处而言,全书192首方剂,68%被收录于今日《方剂学》教材。据彭怀仁主编的《中医方剂大辞典》考辨,全书方剂出自48部医籍,以明代以前医籍居多,尤其倚重仲景方、《太平惠民和剂局方》及东垣方。就方剂分类而论,其方剂编排顺序反映出以功效为依据的分类方法,这一方法至今仍为方剂分类的主流方法。补益方、祛邪方、《伤寒论》方三纲鼎立,大类之下又有细类,既方便学习、检阅与临证使用,又体现出对《伤寒论》方的重视。Deletion and Supplement of Discussion on Famous Physicians’Formulas is the only monograph on formulas compiled by the government in ancient China.The record and classification of formulas in this book are practical and influential.In terms of origin of formulas,68%of the total 192 formulas are included in the textbook of Chinese Formula.According to the analysis of the Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicinal Formulas compiled by PENG Huairen,formulas were selected from 48 medical works,most of which were written before the Ming Dynasty,especially the ZHANG Zhongjing’s formulas,formulas in Beneficial Formulas from the Taiping Imperial Pharmacy and LI Dongyuan’s formulas.In terms of classification of formulas,the organization of formulas reflects the classification method according to the efficacy of formulas,which is still the main method to classify formulas.The tonic formulas,formulas for expelling pathogen and formulas in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases are the main categories,also with the sub-categories,which is convenient for study,review and clinical use,and reflects the importance of the formulas in Treatise on Cold Damage.
