摘　　要：检索近10年国内有关针刺治疗偏头痛的文献。临床研究文献主要侧重针刺治疗偏头痛的方法与选穴,常用的针刺疗法有毫针、电针、针刺结合刺血和针药结合;配穴方案根据腧穴的近治作用与经穴的远治作用,多选用远近配穴,选取四肢部与病变局部的腧穴。机制研究文献着手于观察针刺对偏头痛动物模型体液因子变化及脑血管舒缩状态的影响,并通过功能磁共振成像技术,观测针刺治疗后偏头痛患者不同脑区兴奋度、关联度与代谢水平的变化,认为针刺的作用机制以影响脑区功能、调节体液因子为主。参考文献60篇。This study reviews the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of migraine in recent ten years.Clinical research literature mainly focuses on the method and acupoint selection of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine,and the commonly used acupuncture therapy includes filiform needle,electro-acupuncture,acupuncture combined with blood pricking and acupuncture combined with medicine.Acupoints collocation scheme according to the near treatment effect of acupoints and the far treatment effect of meridian acupoints,the near and far acupoints should be selected,and the acupoints on the extremities and local lesions should be selected.The mechanism research literature focuses on the effect of acupuncture on the changes of humoral factors and cerebral vasomotor status in animal models of migraine.By using functional magnetic resonance imaging(FMRI),the changes of excitability,correlation degree and metabolic level in different brain regions of migraine patients after acupuncture treatment were observed.It is believed that the mechanism of acupuncture mainly affects brain function and regulates body fluid factors.There are 60 references in total.
