摘 要:制度优势又称制度优越性、制度自信等,社会主义制度优势教育是个老话题。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,一方面是社会主义制度优越性发挥的结果,另一方面为制度优势教育提供了宝贵经验。这些经验主要有:用党的创新理论武装头脑,以理论自信培育制度自信,将理直和气壮统一起来;将中国特色社会主义置于社会主义发展史中,在“四史”教育中坚定历史自信,感悟制度优势;围绕中华民族伟大复兴主题,以“中国之治”伟大成就印证制度优越性的实践价值;结合百年未有之大变局,以人类文明新形态为标识,在比较中确证制度优越性。Institutional advantages,also known as institutional superiority and institutional confidence,and education about the advantages of the socialism system are not a newly emerged topic.The fact that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era is the result of the strengths of the socialist system on the one hand and provides valuable experience for education on institutional strengths on the other hand.These experiences include the following main points:firstly,unifying the two aspects of arming the mind with the Party′s innovative theories and cultivating institutional confidence with theoretical self-confidence;secondly,placing the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the history of socialist development and learning the histories of the Party,New China growth,the reform and opening-up,and socialist development across Chinese society,to strengthen historical confidence and recognize the strengths of socialism;thirdly,proving the superiority of the system,based on the theme of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great achievements of"China′s governance";and finally,in the context of the unprecedented changes of the past century,confirming the strengths of socialism in comparison,using the new form of human civilization as a symbol.
