摘　　要：能源是人类社会发展的必备需要,人类发展史就是一部能源发展史。在“碳达峰”和“碳中和”战略指引下,中国的能源生产形式和发展路径将会发生一次革命性的变化。如何有序减碳,实现我国碳排放的既定目标,又保证我国的能源安全,不影响经济发展,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统是实现“双碳”目标的重要抓手。400m水头段抽水蓄能机组是中国抽水蓄能的主力机型,在中国抽水蓄能市场占比中接近70%。东方电机抽蓄2.0的核心理念就是研制更安全、更稳定和更高效的抽水蓄能机组。东方电机在400m水头段推出了转轮叶片数9片和活动导叶数22个的组合机型,这是国内首个自主研发的机型。从机组运行效果来看,实现了梅州抽水蓄能机组国内首台水轮机工况和水泵工况水导、上导和下导的三导摆度均小于0.05mm,机组噪声88dB,树立了抽水蓄能机组的新标杆。Energy is a necessary need for the development of human society,and the history of human development is a history of energy development.Under the guidance of the“carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”strategies,China’s energy production form and development path will undergo a revolutionary change.How to reduce carbon in an orderly manner,achieve the set goal of China’s carbon emissions,and ensure China’s energy security without affecting economic development.Building a new power system with new energy as the main body is an important starting point to achieve the goal of“double carbon”.The 400m head pumped storage unit is the main type of pumped storage in China,accounting for nearly 70%of the pumped storage market in China.The core idea of DFEM pumped storage 2.0 is to develop a safer,stable and efficient pumped storage unit.Dongfang Electric Machinery Co.,Ltd.has launched a combined model with 9 runner blades and 22 movable guide vanes in the 400m head section.This is the first self-developed hydraulic model in China.From the perspective of unit operation effect,it has achieved that the throw of water guide,upper guide and lower guide of the first domestic Meizhou pumped storage unit under turbine and pump conditions is less than 0.05mm,and the noise of the unit is 88 dB,which is a new benchmark for pumped storage units.
