摘  要:针对进水阀轴颈密封出现个别、偶发性漏水而密封外观正常的特殊现象,根据U形密封的结构和工作原理,研究U形密封的失效模式,排查、明确密封漏水原因。通过应用增大U形密封接触压力的改造方案,有效解决了漏水缺陷,验证了缺陷分析结论,相关经验可为大中型进水阀轴颈密封的选型及改造提供参考。The inlet valve journal seal has a special phenomenon of individual and occasional water leakage but the appearance of the seal is normal,according to the structure and working principle of the U-shaped seal,this paper studies the failure modes of U-shaped seals,investigate the cause of the seal leakage.Through the application of the improvement plan to increase the contact pressure of the U-shaped seal,the water leakage defect was effectively solved,and the correctness of the defect analysis was verified.The relevant experience can provide a reference for the selection and transformation of the journal seal of the large and medium-sized inlet valve.
