耳穴压豆辅助治疗混合痔术后创面疼痛及水肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴压豆辅助治疗混合痔术后创面疼痛及水肿的效果。方法:选取我科2019年2月至2021年2月期间接受混合痔手术的患者107例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组53例患者行常规干预(抗生素等),观察组54例患者在常规治疗基础上联合耳穴压豆辅助治疗,治疗5 d后采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)测定疼痛程度,采用水肿评分测定水肿程度;采用测量V型切口的面积量化方式评估疼痛消失、水肿消退、住院时间、创面愈合情况;采用记录法测定大便不尽感、肛门坠胀发生率及并发症发生情况。结果:与术后1 d相比,术后5 d两组患者VAS得分、水肿评分均明显降低,其中观察组更为显著(P<0.05);干预后,观察组疼痛消失时间、水肿消退时间、住院时间、V型切口面积及大便不尽感、肛门坠胀发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆辅助治疗混合痔术后患者,可有效改善术后疼痛水肿情况以及排便功能,加快患者康复进程,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of auricular point pressing bean on mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods:During February 2019 to February 2021,107 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.Fifty-three patients in control group undergone routine intervention(antibiotics et al),the 54 patients in observation group received conventional treatment combined ear bean adjuvant therapy.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to measure the degree of pain and edema score was used to measure the degree of edema 5 days after treatment.Pain disappearance,edema regression,length of stay and wound healing were evaluated by measuring the area of V-shaped incision.The incidence of constipation,anal distension and complications were measured by recording method.Results:Compared with 1 day after surgery,VAS score and edema score were significantly decreased on 5 days after surgery,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain disappeared time,edema subsided time,hospital stay time,V-shaped incision area and the incidence of constipation and anal distension in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing bean auxiliary treatment for patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery can effectively improve postoperative pain edema and defecation function,accelerate the recovery process of patients,with high safety.
