摘　　要：目的:系统评价右旋布洛芬栓治疗儿童发热的临床疗效与安全性。方法:计算机检索Medline、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、中国知网、维普、中国生物医学、万方等数据库,检索建库至2022年4月中关于右旋布洛芬栓治疗儿童发热的临床随机对照试验,使用Rev Man 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:根据文献的纳入与排除标准,共纳入5篇文献,共有654名患儿,其中观察组328名患儿,对照组326名患儿。Meta分析结果显示,右旋布洛芬栓的显效率优于应用乙酰氨基酚滴剂/布洛芬混悬液/右旋布洛芬片的对照组(OR=4.00,95%置信区间(Confidence interval,CI)[2.49,6.43],P<0.0001);右旋布洛芬栓的总有效率优于对照组(OR=5.83,95%CI[2.34,14.55],P<0.05);右旋布洛芬栓的不良反应发生率低于对照组(OR=0.3,95%CI[0.21,0.68],P=0.01)。结论:与其它同类解热、退热药物相比,右旋布洛芬栓治疗儿童发热有较好的疗效与安全性。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of dextral ibuprofen suppository in the treatment of fever in children.Methods:Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Database,Wanfang and other databases were searched for clinical randomized controlled trials on dextral ibuprofen suppository in the treatment of children with fever from the establishment of the database to April 2022.Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.4 software.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 654 children were included in 5 literatures,including 328 children in the observation group and 326 children in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that the significant efficiency of dextral ibuprofen suppository was better than that of the control group(OR=4.00,95%confidence interval(CI)[2.49,6.43],P<0.0001).The total effective rate of dextral ibuprofen suppository was better than that of control group(OR=5.83,95%CI[2.34,14.55],P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of dextral ibuprofen suppository was lower than that of control group(OR=0.3,95%CI[0.21,0.68],P=0.01).Conclusion:Compared with other common antipyretic drugs,dextral ibuprofen suppository has better efficacy and safety in the treatment of fever in children.
