五根汤口服液质量标准研究

摘　　要：研究建立五根汤口服液的质控方法。采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对五根汤口服液中山豆根、板蓝根、葛根、红花、大黄进行定性鉴别;应用HPLC法测定制剂中葛根素的含量。结果表明,TLC斑点显色清楚,阴性样品无干扰;葛根素回归方程为y=4 667 560x+3 799.08 (r=0.999 9),线性范围为0.244 48~1.466 88μg,平均回收率为99.50%,RSD为0.38%(n=9)。说明针对本制剂所建立的质控方法操作简便,专属性强,准确度高,可有效控制五根汤口服液的质量。The objective was to establish the quality standard of Wugentang oral liquid.Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis,Radix Isatidis,Radix Puerariae,Flos Carthami and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were identified by TLC.The content of puerarin in the preparation was measured by HPLC method.The results showed that TLC spots were clear and the negative samples had no interference.The regression equation of puerarin was y = 4 667 560x+3 799.08( r = 0.999 9) with the linear range of 0.244 48-1.466 88 μg,the average recovery was 99.50% and the RSD was 0.38%( n = 9).The method is simple,specific and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Wugentang oral liquid.
