摘 要:电机的轴承温升对电机性能和寿命具有较大影响,因此降低轴承温升具有重大意义。针对轨道交通用永磁直驱牵引电机轴承温升超限问题,通过分析比较,选择采用磁钢分段技术降低温升。对磁钢分段影响转子损耗的机理进行研究,采用有限元软件仿真分析了磁钢分段数对转子涡流损耗的影响规律,结合制造工艺确定了磁钢分段数量。最后对磁钢分段前后的样机进行长时温升试验,验证了磁钢分段技术的降温效果和磁钢分段数量的合理性。该技术的成功应用推动了项目进展,对后续永磁电机类似问题的研究具有重要借鉴意义。The bearing temperature rise of the motor has a great impact on the performance and life of the motor,so reducing the bearing temperature rise is of great significance.Aiming at the problem of temperature rise exceeding limit of permanent magnet direct drive traction motor bearing used in rail transit,permanent magnet segmenting technology is selected to reduce temperature rise through analysis and comparison.The mechanism of permanent magnet segments affecting rotor loss is studied,the influence rule of permanent magnet segments on rotor eddy current loss is analyzed by finite element software simulation,and the number of permanent magnet segments is determined based on the manufacturing process.At last,the long time temperature rise test is carried out on the prototype before and after permanent magnet section,which verifies the cooling effect of permanent magnet section technology and the rationality of the number of permanent magnet sections.The successful application of this technology has promoted the progress of the project,and has important reference significance for the follow-up study of similar problems of permanent magnet motor.
