摘　　要：铁路货车状态修做为一种先进的全新检修模式,对检修工艺提出了新的要求,而先进的工艺装备是实现检修工艺目标的先决条件。状态修模式下的检修工艺装备要能够保证检查的及时性、全面性和修理的彻底性、恢复性程度,以保证车辆使用性能在全寿命周期内均可满足设计要求。状态修所需的新型工艺设备主要是快速检测设备、快速换件设备和快速修理设备,在运用监控方面主要配备可靠的在线检测设备,进行状态维护时主要配备可在组装状态下检测零部件设备和零部件的快速换装台位,恢复车辆性能时配备零部件的自动检测线和整车的流水化生产线。As a new advanced maintenance mode,the condition based maintenance puts forward new requirements for the maintenance process,and the advanced process and equipment is the prerequisite to achieve the goal of the maintenance process.The maintenance process and equipment under the condition based maintenance should ensure the timeliness,comprehensiveness,completeness and recovery degree of the repair,so as to ensure that the service performance of the vehicle can meet the design requirements in the whole life cycle.The condition based maintenance required new process equipment is mainly rapid detection equipment,rapid replacement equipment and rapid repair equipment,in the use of monitoring is mainly equipped with reliable online detection equipment,the condition based maintenance is mainly equipped with can be detected in the assembly state of parts equipment and parts of rapid replacement table,restore wagon performance equipped with parts of automatic detection line and railway wagon production line.
