摘  要:选取一台满足国六排放标准的增压直喷汽油机,同时测量尾气排放中10nm和23nm以上颗粒物数量,对二次喷油策略对汽油机细小颗粒物排放的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在常用工况下,PN10比PN23测量结果高2~6倍,且在出水温度90℃的工况下增加相对更为明显。该汽油机二次喷油参数的改变会使PN10和PN23增加1~3个数量级,且影响趋势相同,但对PN10影响更大。某些二次喷油参数的改变会造成在一定范围内PN23数量级很低且没有明显改变的情况下,PN10已明显增长。因此当用PN10代替PN23评判颗粒物排放水平时,会对汽油机碳烟排放标定提出更高要求。In this paper, a direct-injection gasoline engine meeting China-6 emission standard is selected to adjust the two stage injection parameters.The fine particle emissions are measured by using a particle counter which can simultaneously measure PN10(number of particles above 10 nm)and PN23(number of particles above 23 nm),and the effect of two stage injection strategy on fine particles emission in gasoline engine was investigated. The results show that the measured results of PN10 are 2-6 times higher than that of PN23 in the common working conditions of the direct-injection gasoline engine, and the increase is more obvious at the outlet water temperature of 90℃. The change of two stage injection parameters of the direct-injection gasoline engine will increase PN10 and PN23 by 1-3 orders of magnitude, and the influence trend is the same, but the influence on PN10 is greater. Changes in some two stage injection parameters can cause PN10 to increase significantly in a range where PN23 is of a very low order and does not change significantly. Therefore, when PN10 is used instead of PN23 to evaluate the soot emission level, higher requirements will be put forward for the soot emission calibration of gasoline engines.
