摘 要:柴油机配气相位的优化研究是对于柴油机性能优化来说非常重要的一项内容,对于提升柴油机性能有着非常重要的作用和意义。本文利用GT-Power数值模拟平台,通过计算不同进、排气相位下的柴油机性能参数,耦合分析进气相位和排气相位对机械增压单缸小型柴油机动力性和经济性的影响规律,得出柴油机在不同转速工况下的最佳配气相位。分析结果对配气系统的设计优化有一定指导作用和参考价值,从而有助于单缸小型柴油机动力性、经济性的进一步提高。The optimization of diesel valve timing is a very important content for diesel engine performance optimization, and has a very important role and significance for improving diesel engine performance. In this paper, the GT power numerical simulation platform is used to calculate the performance parameters of diesel engine under different intake and exhaust phases, and the influence of intake phase and exhaust phase on the power and economy of supercharged single cylinder small diesel engine is analyzed, and the optimal valve timing of diesel engine at different speeds is obtained. The analysis results have a certain guiding role and reference value for the design and optimization of the valve distribution system, thus contributing to the further improvement of the power and economy of the single cylinder small diesel.
