摘  要:本文基于CRUISE M仿真平台软件,结合国六排放水平发动机和AMT自动变速箱的特性参数及控制原理,搭建AMT整车系统级仿真模型,并结合试验数据进行了仿真模型的标定和闭环验证。本文通过研究分析整车节油原理和测试数据,依次在AMT整车仿真模型和试验车辆上进行优化,并选取平均排气温度提高比例和节油率两项关键指标,对比仿真结果与试验结果的最大偏差,验证了AMT整车的优化效果和仿真模型的可行性。Based on the CRUISE M simulation platform software, combined with the characteristics parameters and control principles of the National VI emission level engine and AMT automatic transmission, this paper built a system-level simulation model of the AMT vehicle, and carried out calibration and closed-loop verification of the simulation model combined with the test data. Optimization is carried out on the AMT vehicle simulation model and test vehicle by studying and analyzing the fuel saving principle and test data, and the maximum deviation between simulation results and experiment results was compared by selecting two key indexes which is average exhaust temperature increase ratio and fuel saving ratio, Therefore, the optimization effect of the AMT vehicle and the feasibility of the simulation model are verified.
