摘  要:基于圆弧回转类零件的精密数控车削的所需要求,提出一种在数控机床丝杠磨损情况下提升机床加工精度的车削方法并进行试验论证和批量生产检验。方法试验阶段:对应匹配关系对程序段中的R、U或W值及刀尖半径补偿进行修改,完成后测量加工表面的形状精度,从而验证该方法是否能够提升机床在丝杠磨损情况下的加工精度,最终根据实验及批量生产的结果表明该方法切实有效,产品质量得到有效提升且波动稳定。Based on arc rotary parts needed by the precision of the numerical control turning requirements, puts forward a nc machine screw wear and improve the machining accuracy of machine tool cutting method and experiment and batch production testing. Method of test stage: the corresponding matching relation between values of R, U, or in the procedures section W and nose radius compensation, modified the shape of the machined surface after the completion of the measurement precision, so as to verify whether the method can improve machining precision in the screw machine tool wear conditions, Finally, the results of experiments and mass production show that the method is effective, the product quality is effectively improved and the fluctuation is stable.
