摘 要:依据《中国药典》和《国家药品标准工作手册》(2015)中药质量标准研制的要求,对蛇足石杉药材的性状、鉴别方法、水分、总灰分、浸出物等进行研究。结果明确了蛇足石杉药材的性状和显微结构特征,建立了具有专属性的薄层鉴别方法;规定蛇足石杉药材水分不得超过12.0%、总灰分不得超过7.5%、醇溶性浸出物含量不得少于11.0%。本研究为制定蛇足石杉药材质量标准及其市场流通、临床应用和深度开发提供参考。The characteristics, identification methods, water content, total ash, extracts of Huperzia serrata. were identified based on the requirements for the quality standard of crude drugs in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Working Manual of National Drug Standardization(2015 edition). The characteristics and microstructures of Huperzia serrata were identified, and an exclusive thin layer-chromatography identification method for Huperzia serrata was established. The water content of Huperzia serrata was no more than 12.0%, the total ash was no more than 7.5%, the alcohol soluble extract was no less than 11.0%. These results provided reference for the establishment of quality standard system, market circulation, clinic application and deep development for Huperzia serrata.
