摘 要:为了探究八角茴香油和莽草酸含量的影响因子,以广西国有六万林场的八角为研究对象,探究八角茴香油和莽草酸含量的影响因子及影响情况,并进行莽草酸提取工艺的优化;采用水蒸汽蒸馏法同步提取八角茴香油和莽草酸,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测莽草酸含量,气相色谱法检测茴香油的主要成分含量。研究表明:不同分场的八角茴香油和莽草酸含量具有一定的显著性差异,忠东分场茴香油含量最高,河嵩分场莽草酸含量最高;不同生长时间的茴香油和莽草酸含量也存在一定的显著性差异,其中10月9日采摘的茴香油含量最高,10月9日采摘的莽草酸含量最高。对八角进行不同干燥处理,在茴香油含量上,春果具有一定的显著性差异,秋果的差异性不显著;在莽草酸含量上,春果和秋果都具有显著性差异,且秋果的莽草酸含量都高于春果。对八角莽草酸提取工艺进行研究,发现八角春果和秋果的最佳提取工艺有所不同,料液比、浸提时间、浸提溶剂来源和浸提温度均不同程度地影响八角莽草酸的提取。研究结果对该场八角深加工与莽草酸生产等具有较好的参考价值。In order to explore the factors affecting the content of star anise oil and shikimic acid,taking the star anise of LIUWAN state-owned forest farms in Guangxi as the research object, the effects of various factors were studied, and the extraction process of shikimic acid was optimized;star anise oil and shikimic acid were extracted simultaneously by steam distillation. The content of shikimic acid was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and the content of main components of fennel oil was detected by gas chromatography.The research showed that the content of Illicium anise oil and shikimic acid in different sub fields had certain significant differences. The highest content of anise oil was Zhongdong sub field, and the highest content of shikimic acid was Hesong sub field.There were also significant differences between the contents of fennel oil and shikimic acid at different growth times. The highest content of fennel oil was picked on October 9,and the highest content of shikimic acid was picked on October 9.There were significant differences in fennel oil content between spring fruits and autumn fruits after different drying treatments;In terms of shikimic acid content, spring fruit and autumn fruit had significant differences, and the shikimic acid content of star anise autumn fruit was higher than that of spring fruit.The extraction process of Illicium shikimic acid was studied,it was found that the best extraction process of Illicium spring fruit and autumn fruit was different. The material liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction solvent source and extraction temperature all affected the extraction of Illicium shikimic acid in varying degrees.The research results can provide reference for the deep processing of star anise and production of shikimic-acid.
