摘　　要：分析了橡胶树品种热垦525整年不同月份间生胶质量特征(粒径、灰分含量、杂质含量、挥发分含量、氮含量、塑性初值、塑性保持率、门尼粘度等8项指标)。结果表明:热垦525橡胶粒子粒径、挥发分含量、塑性初值、门尼粘度值在4月份刚开割时为整年最高值;杂质含量6、7月份较高;生胶11、12月份塑性保持率较高,灰分含量较低。综合2个指标,对于耐老化性能要求较高时,热垦525生胶取样尽量选择11、12月份。热垦525生胶门尼粘度值与塑性初值趋势一致,均呈现随月份逐渐下降趋势,在4月份开割时最高,逐月下降,9月份稍微上升;氮含量则可划分为3段,4、5月含量为0.3%,6、7、8、9月含量为0.4%,10、11、12月含量大于0.4%。本研究为精确评价热垦525生胶质量和针对性的加工利用选择采集橡胶时段提供了理论依据和实践指导。Natural rubber quality properties of Hevea brasiliensis clones Reken 525 were investigated during the whole year,including rubber particle size、ash percentage(Ash)、impurity percentage、volatile compounds、nitrogen percentage(N)、wallace plasticity(P0)、the plasticity retention index [PRI(%)] and mooney viscosity(VR). The results showed that the rubber particle size、volatile compounds、P0 and VR were highest in April compared to other months. The impurity percentage of June and July were highest.Ozone aging properties of natural rubber should be collected in November and December and the ash percentage was lower.When required high aging resistant property,natural rubber samples were collected in November and December.The trend of wallace plasticity and mooney viscosity of Reken 525 were consistent,and then decreased with months.The wallace plasticity and mooney viscosity were highest in April and then decreased,increased slightly in September.N content can be divided into three stages: 0.3% in April and May, 0.4% in June to September, higher than 0.4% in October to December. These result will give clued to improve rubber quality properties and optimal collection of Reken 525.
