省级农业科研单位国际合作融入全球科技创新网络路径研究——以广西农业科学院为例

摘　　要：通过数据统计和实证分析,主要以“十二五”和“十三五”期间国际合作的重点指标数据为基本依据,从国际合作项目、引智项目、合作协议、合作平台、人员培训、学术交流等方面对省级农业科研院所广西农业科学院的国际科技合作情况进行实证论证,从而得出农业科技国际合作的发展趋势和变化特征。指出国际农业科技合作对农业科技创新存在正向驱动作用。在“十四五”新时期,面对疫情和世界格局重大变化,广西农业科学院应从顶层设计、定位细分、资源开拓、机制创新和信息系统等方面聚力,以求通过国际合作新突破融入全球科技创新网络。Through the data statistics and empirical analysis, key indicators of international cooperation during, the 12th Five-Year and 13th Five-year Plan, which included international cooperation projects, talent-introduction projects, cooperation agreements, personnel training and academic exchanges were elaborated and analyzed to get development trend and change features of agricultural S&T international cooperation. The results showed that agricultural S&T international cooperation positively drove forward agricultural S&T innovation. In the new period of the 14Five-year Plan, facing the epidemic situation and major changes in the world pattern, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences should concentrate on top-level design, positioning segmentation, resource exploitation, mechanism innovation and information system, so as to integrate into the global S&T innovation network through new breakthroughs in international cooperation.
