台农3号莲雾在南宁的引种表现及主要栽培技术

摘　　要：为台农3号莲雾(Syzygium samarangense spp.)在广西南亚热带气候区和地理气候条件相似区域的推广种植提供品种特性及技术参考,在广西南宁市引进台湾莲雾新品种台农3号,并进行栽培适应性试验。通过3年的适应性栽培,观测台农3号在南宁的植物学特征、农艺性状、主要经济性状和越冬情况等,同时总结台农3号的关键栽培技术要点。结果表明,台农3号成花性能强,花芽萌发期为3月下旬,盛花期为4月下旬,果实成熟期为7月上旬;将接穗嫁接于三年生砧木,第二年可进入丰产期,平均单果重194.4 g,每667 m^(2)产量839.8 kg,正造果果实中部可溶性固形物含量10.3%,可溶性糖7.9 g/hg,总酸2.3 g/kg,VC含量6.01 mg/hg;台农3号果形硕大,呈长铃铛形,自然果期果皮青红色-酒红色,果肉硬实,脆爽多汁,甜中带酸;无霜情况下可耐短期≥3℃、≤7℃低温天气,在南宁地区气候环境中可安全越冬。台农3号在广西南亚热带气候区域具有较高的推广应用价值,可作为广西莲雾品种结构更新及多样化的理想选择。To provide references of variety characteristics and technical reference with similar geographical and technical conditions of wax apple‘Tainong No.3’(Syzygium samarangense spp.),which planted in southern subtropical areas of Guangxi.A new Taiwan Wax apple variety‘Tainong No.3’was introduced in Nanning of Guangxi to carry out the cultivation adaptability test.Through three years of adaptive cultivation,the botanical characteristics,agronomy traits,main economic traits and overwintering conditions in Nanning were observed,and the key cultivation technology points of‘Tainong No.3’were summarized.The results showed that‘Tainong 3’had strong flowering performance.The flower bud germination period was late March,the full flowering period was late April and the fruit maturity period was early July.The scion grafted on the three-year-old rootstock could enter a period of high yield in the second year.The average single fruit weight was 194.4 g,the yield was 839.8 kg per 667 m^(2),the content of soluble solid in the middle of the fruit was 10.3%,the content of soluble sugar was 7.9 g×hg^(‒1),the total acid was 2.3 g×kg^(‒1),and the content of VC was 6.01 mg×hg^(‒1).Its fruit shape was large with long bell shape,natural fruit period peel green and red-wine red,the pulp was firm,crisp and juicy,sweet with sour.It could withstand short-term low-temperature weather of≥3℃and≤7℃without frost,and survive winter safely in the climatic environment of Nanning.‘Tainong No.3’had high popularization and application value in the subtropical climate areas of Guangxi,and could be used as a variety choice for the renewal and diversification of wax apple variety in Guangxi.
