摘 要:试验采用国光根盼生根剂,比较不同浓度处理、不同扦插时间及不同移栽基质配比3个因素,对黄金百香果扦插育苗的影响,以期为闽西北地区及相同生态区培育黄金百香果大苗的生产实践提供技术支持。试验结果表明,黄金百香果扦插培育大苗最佳处理组合为:9月份扦插,采用国光根盼(5%吲哚丁酸·萘乙酸)100 mg/L处理,基质为原始阔叶林山皮土80%+海状元有机肥20%,其扦插成活率为94.6%,成苗率为93.1%,大苗率为73.2%。The experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different concentration treatments,cutting times and transplanting substrate ratios on the cultivation of golden passion fruit seedlings using Guoguang Root Pan rooting agent in order to provide technical support for the production practice of golden passion fruit seedlings in northwestern Fujian and the same ecological zone.The results showed that the best combination of treatments for growing golden passion fruit cuttings was as follows:cuttings was taken in September,treated with Guoguang genpan(5%indole butyric acid-naphthalene acetic acid)100 mg×L^(–1),and the substrate was 80%of the original broadleaf forest bark soil+20%of Haijiao Yuan organic fertilizer,the survival rate of cuttings was 94.6%,the seedling rate was 93.1%,and the large seedling of cutting rate was 73.2%.
