摘  要:研究了姬松茸福姬5号栽培过程中的创新技术,以达到高产栽培目的。在菌种制作过程中采用白壤土作为过滤层制作福姬5号麦粒栽培种,采用多小堆复式集合堆积的培养料前发酵技术和满格堆积的后发酵技术,改进播种和覆土阶段管理方法。上述方法的运用,解决了传统麦粒种易出现酵母等污染的难题,成品率达到99%;有效地促进了有益放线菌的大量繁殖,大幅度减少鬼伞、胡桃肉状菌和盘菌数量,从而堆制出优质的发酵料;解决了播种期、菌丝生长及出菇期间,培养料及土壤湿度和环境湿度难以调节的问题。应用该技术栽培福姬5号,出菇整齐,比常规技术增产30%以上。The innovative cultivation techniques of Agaricus blazei Fuji no.5 were studied to improve its yield.White loam was used as the filter layer to produce Fuji no.5 wheat seed,and the culture material pre-fermentation technology of multiple and small piles compound accumulation and post-fermentation technology of full lattice stacking were adopted to improve the management method of sowing and covering stage.The above methods could solve the problem of yeast contamination in traditional wheat spawn,and the end product rate reached 99%;Effectively promote the proliferation of beneficial actinomycetes and decrease the number of Coprinopsis atramentaria,Diehiomyces microsporus and Pezizaceae significantly,as to pile up high-quality fermentation materials;Solve the problem of difficult adjustment of culture materials and soil moisture and environmental humidity in the sowing period,mycelium growth and mushroom emergence period.The new high-yield cultivation techniques could improve Fuji no.5 fruit body uniformity and increase production by more than 30%.
