印尼1号烟片胶与国产全乳胶硫化特性和动态行为研究

摘　　要：航空轮胎用胶国产化是国内橡胶行业亟需攻克的难题之一,进口烟片胶主要用于制备航空轮胎。以印尼1号烟片胶和国产全乳标准胶为材料,对比进口烟片胶和国产标准胶在生胶、硫化胶性能方面的差异。结果显示:烟片胶生胶表现出较低的表观粘度,硫化胶的硫化速度较快,硫化时间短;烟片胶硫化胶的交联密度、拉伸强度比国产标准胶高;在动态性能方面,烟片胶表现出较高的储能模量和较低的损耗因子。相比于国产全乳标准胶,烟片胶更适用于轮胎工业。The localization of rubber used for aviation tire is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the domestic rubber industry.Smoked sheet is mainly used to prepare aviation tire.In this paper,we compared the properties of somked sheet and whole fraction rubber,including raw and vulcanizate samples.The results showed that apparent viscosity of raw smoked sheet was lower than that of whole fraction rubber;The rate of vulcanization of smoked sheet was faster than that of whole fraction rubber;The crosslink density and tensile strength of smoked sheet was higher.In the dynamic properties,the smoked sheet showed higher storage modulus and lower loss factors.Compared with whole fraction rubber,it was suitable for tire industry.
