摘 要:广西肉桂在全球占有主导地位,每年肉桂产品加工会产生大量副产物和剩余物,为充分利用这些副产物和剩余物,开展肉桂产品加工剩余物发酵床养殖模式对鸡只的抗病、生长、产蛋性能的影响研究。选取1日龄“富凤土鸡3号”母鸡2000羽,随机分为4组,每组设5个重复,每个重复100羽母鸡,分别放入铺垫不同垫料的鸡舍中进行常规养殖。试验期210 d,观测鸡的健康状况、增重和产蛋情况。结果表明,与对照组相比,鸡舍中铺垫添加发酵菌剂的100%肉桂加工剩余物的试验A组和铺垫添加发酵菌剂的50%肉桂加工剩余物的试验B组死淘率显著降低(p<0.05),分别降低了5.8%和4%,且鸡只均未患白痢病、呼吸道病和球虫病;试验A组鸡只比对照组初始产蛋时间提前了30 d,第180至210天时日均产蛋量多13.4个。从鸡只开始产蛋后至整个试验周期止,试验A组鸡只日均产蛋量最多,日均产蛋率也最大。试验周期内,4组鸡只生长性能无显著性差异(p>0.05)。综上所述,肉桂加工剩余物发酵床对鸡只抗病和产蛋性能有显著提升作用。Guangxi Cinnamomun cassia Presl occupies a leading position in the world.The processing of C.cassia Presl products produces a large number of by-products and residues every year.In order to use these by-products and residues,this paper analyzed the effects of C.cassia Presl product processing residue fermentation bed on chicken disease resistance,growth and egg laying performance.20001-day-old"Fufeng native chicken No.3"were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group,and 100 hens in each replicate.These chickens were put into chicken houses with different bedding materials for conventional breeding.The health status,weight gain and egg laying of chickens were observed for 210 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,death and elimination rate decreased significantly of test group A which with 100%C.cassia Presl product processing additive fermentation agent and test group B which with 50%C.cassia Presl product processing additive fermentation agent(p<0.05),and decreased by 5.8%and 4%respectively.The chickens in groups A and B did not suffer from dysentery,respiratory disease and coccidiosis.The initial egg laying time of group A was 30 days earlier than that of the control group.The average daily egg production of group A was 13.4 more than that of the control group on the 180-210 days.From the beginning of laying to the whole test cycle,the average daily egg production of group A was always the largest,and the average daily egg production rate was also the largest.During the test period,there was no significant difference in growth performance among the four groups(p>0.05).In conclusion,C.cassia Presl product processing fermentation bed could significantly improve the disease resistance and egg laying performance of chickens.
