海南省农民专业合作社与农户利益连接现状及对策研究

摘　　要：在自由贸易港建设和乡村振兴战略背景下,为了提高新型农业经营主体的整体规模效益,在基层调研的基础上,主要针对海南种植类专业合作社成立动机、运行机制、服务范围、与农户的利益连接等现状开展全面的调查分析,总结了海南农民专业合作社主要类型及合作社与农户的利益连接模式,分析了利益连接中的主要存在问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。本研究为政府部门针对不同的农业经营主体制定扶持政策及推动海南种植类农民专业合作社可持续发展提供参考依据。In the background of free trade port construction and rural revitalization strategy,in order to improve the overall economy of scale of new agricultural operation subjects,on the basis of grass-roots investigation,this paper mainly conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the current situation of service scope,operation mechanism,establishment motivation and the connection of farmers'interests of planting specialized cooperatives.It summarized the main types of specialized cooperatives and the mode of interest connection between cooperatives and farmers.This paper analyzed the main problems existing in the connection of interests and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This study provided reference for government departments to formulate supportive policies for different agricultural operation subjects and promote the sustainable development of Hainan planting farmer cooperatives.
