摘 要:针对外来电磁干扰导致的正交频分复用(OFDM)系统可靠性降低的问题,研究了一种基于深度神经网络(DNN)的OFDM抗干扰技术。利用一个DNN代替传统OFDM干扰检测、干扰抑制和解调等多个模块,通过对外来电磁干扰的训练使DNN收敛至最佳适应状态,完成对接收信号进行抗干扰和解调一体化处理,直接恢复出解调结果。该技术创新点在于:突破常规通信接收系统多个分立模块级联处理的传统方式,用DNN的大量神经元灵活组合实现对复杂电磁环境的最优拟合,不仅简化了系统结构,而且获得了更优的抗干扰解调性能。仿真结果表明:对于单音干扰和多音干扰,在高信噪比下基于DNN的OFDM系统性能优势逐渐提升;在部分窄带干扰下,基于DNN的OFDM系统性能优势明显,整体比未处理干扰的OFDM系统提升近两个数量级。The reliability of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)systems is reduced because of the external electromagnetic interference,so an OFDM anti-jamming technology based on deep neural network(DNN)is studied.A DNN is used to replace the traditional OFDM interference detection module,interference suppression module,demodulation module and other modules.DNN is converged to the best adaptive state by the training of external electromagnetic interference,so as to complete the integrated processing of anti-interference and demodulation of the received signals and recover the demodulation results directly.The technical innovation lies in breaking through the traditional way of cascade processing of multiple discrete modules in the conventional communication receiving system,and realizing the optimal fitting of complex electromagnetic environment by flexibly combining a large number of neurons of DNN,which not only simplify the system structure,but also obtain better anti-interference demodulation performance.The simulation results show that,for single-tone interference and multi-tone interference,the performance advantages of DNN-based OFDM systems are gradually improved at high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).In addition,under the condition of partial narrowband interference,the performance advantage of the DNN-based OFDM system is obvious,which is nearly two orders of magnitude higher than that of the OFDM system without interference processing.
