摘  要:针对卫星链路预算过程中将上下行链路的大气吸收损耗和卫星地面接收站品质因数设置为定值,而造成因温度、湿度、天线仰角和接收站天线口径变化导致链路余量计算不准确的局限性,文中首先考虑受温度、湿度和天线仰角影响的上下行链路的大气吸收损耗变化以及由于各个地方的地面接收站天线口径不统一导致卫星地面接收站品质因数变化。然后为了求得在上述变化条件下仍能满足卫星正常通信的卫星地面发射站等效全向辐射功率的最小门限,推导出卫星地面接收站等效全向辐射功率与上下行链路损耗、卫星地面接收站品质因数之间的表达式。在这个表达式的基础上,利用引力搜索算法运算量低和收敛速度快的特点,估计出在限定卫星通信系统参数条件下满足卫星通信质量的卫星地面发射站等效全向辐射功率的全局最大值为37.4523 dBW。在给定卫星地面发射站天线增益条件下,卫星地面发射站等效全向辐射功率的全局最大值估计可作为选择此卫星系统通信时发射站实际发射功率的最小门限时的参考。In the satellite link budget process,the atmospheric absorption loss of the uplink and the downlink and the quality factor of the satellite ground receiving station are set to fixed values,which result in inaccurate link margin calculations due to the changes in temperature,humidity,antenna elevation and antenna aperture of the receiving station.In this article,the atmospheric absorption loss changes of the uplink and downlink that are affected by temperature,humidity and antenna elevation,and the variation of the quality factors of the satellite ground receiving station due to the inconsistency of the antenna aperture of the ground receiving station in various places are considered.In order to obtain the minimum threshold of the equivalent isotropic radiation power of the satellite ground transmitting station that can still satisfy the normal satellite communication under the above-mentioned changing conditions,the expressions between the equivalent isotropic radiation power of the satellite ground receiving station and the uplink and downlink loss and the quality factors of the satellite ground receiving station are deduced.On the basis of this expressions,with the characteristics of the low computational complexity and fast convergence speed of the gravitational search algorithm,the global maximum of the equivalent isotropic radiation power of the satellite ground transmitting station which meets the satellite communication quality is estimated to be 37.4523 dBW.Given the antenna gain of the satellite ground transmitting station,the global maximum estimation of the equivalent isotropic radiation power can be used as a reference for selecting the minimum threshold of the actual transmitting power of the transmitting station during communication of this satellite system.
