区域经济管理现代化建设的价值与策略研究

摘　　要：首先,通过对区域经济管理的定义、既有问题的梳理,重新审视区域经济管理的内涵及其现代化建设的发展要求,包含管理思路的现代化、调查研究的现代化、分析决策的现代化、部署执行的现代化、反思复盘的现代化,明确区域经济管理应该体现时代的适应性,实践的应用性、科学性及系统性。其次,概述区域经济管理现代化建设的价值,初步判断其建设前景与意义。理论方法对实践具有反作用,区域经济管理的现代化助力经济发展,是题中应有之义。最后,从统筹整体发展、联合参与主体、整合资源要素、注重科学管理等方面,探讨区域经济管理现代化建设的策略。This paper examines the connotation of regional economic management and the development requirements of its modernization construction, including the modernization of management ideas, investigation and research, analysis and decision-making, deployment and implementation, and reflection. It is clear that regional economic management should reflect the adaptability of the times, with scientific character and practice systematization of applicability. Secondly, it summarizes value of regional economic management modernization, and roughly judges its construction prospect and significance. The theory and method are counterproductive to practice. The modernization of regional economic management helps economic development, which is the proper meaning of the topic. Finally, it discusses the strategy of regional economic management modernization from the aspects of overall development, joint participation, integration of resource elements, and emphasis on scientific management.
