河南省安阳市猪链球菌2型分布及其药物敏感性

摘　　要：为了解河南省安阳市猪链球菌2型(SS2)的分布范围、生化特性及其药物敏感性,收集了来自该地区9个县(市、区)的56份疑似感染病料,分离后用PCR鉴定出38株猪链球菌菌株,其中21株(55.3%)为SS2,分离自安阳县、汤阴县、滑县、文峰区、北关区、殷都区、龙安区7个县区采集的病料样品。生化试验发现,分离菌株与SS2菌株的生化特点相符合;药物敏感性分析发现,全部SS2菌株对氨苄西林和头孢曲松敏感,20株对头孢呋辛敏感,19株对阿莫西林和头孢噻肟敏感;全部SS2菌株对卡那霉素、阿米卡星和磺胺异恶唑耐药,20株对庆大霉素和四环素耐药,19株对阿米卡星耐药。结果表明,SS2在河南省安阳市分布范围较广,是该地区猪链球菌的优势流行亚型,且流行菌株存在多重耐药性。本研究为有效防控该地区猪链球菌病提供了参考。In order to investigate the distribution,biochemical characteristics and drug sensitivity of Streptococcus suis type 2(SS2)in Anyang City of Henan Province,56 suspected infectious lesions collected from 8 counties(cities/districts)in the city were isolated to identify 38 strains of Streptococcus suis by PCR,of which 21 strains(55.3%)were SS2,which were derived from the lesions collected from Anyang County,Huaxian Center Wenfeng District,Beiguan District,Yindu District,Tangyin County and Long'an District.It was found that,by biochemical test,the biochemical characteristics of the isolated strains were consistent with those of SS2;and by drug sensitivity analysis,all SS2 strains were highly sensitive to ampicillin and ceftriaxone,20 strains were to cefuroxime,and 19 strains were to amoxicillin and cefotaxime;and all SS2 strains were resistant to kanamycin,amikacin and sulfaisoxazole.In conclusion,SS2,as the dominant subtype of Streptococcus suis,were widely distributed across the city,with multiple drug resistance.A reference was thereby provided for future effective prevention and control of the disease in the region.
