摘 要:2017—2021年,每年春、秋两季在湖南省14个市州,随机抽取规模养禽场采集血清样品,采用血凝与血凝抑制试验,进行高致病性禽流感免疫抗体检测,并对检测数据进行统计和回归分析。结果显示:湖南省规模养禽场H5亚型禽流感免疫抗体个体合格率和场合格率分别为93.75%和93.25%,H7亚型免疫抗体个体合格率和场合格率分别为80.62%和79.49%;不同禽种H5和H7亚型禽流感免疫抗体个体合格率和场合格率由高到低均为养鸡场、养鸭场、养鹅场;秋季规模养禽场H5和H7亚型禽流感免疫抗体个体合格率和H7亚型免疫抗体场合格率均高于春季;不同地区间个体合格率存在差异;H5亚型禽流感免疫抗体个体合格率与场合格率之间不存在线性回归关系,而H7亚型免疫抗体个体合格率与场合格率之间存在线性回归关系。本研究为科学开展高致病性禽流感免疫效果评估和制定高致病性禽流感防控政策提供了参考。From 2017 to 2021,serum samples were randomly collected from large-scale poultry farms in 14 cities/prefectures in Hunan Province in each spring and autumn to detect immune antibodies against highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)by hemagglutination(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test,followed by statistically and regression analysis on the results.The results showed that the individual and farm qualification rates of immune antibodies against avian influenza(AI)H5 subtype were 93.75%and 93.25%,respectively,and those against AI H7 subtype were 80.62%and 79.49%,respectively;the individual and farm qualification rates of immune antibodies against H5 and H7 in chicken farms,duck farms and goose farms were ranked from high to low;the individual qualification rates of immune antibodies against H5 and H7 and the farm qualification rates of that against H7 in all the farms in falls were higher than those in springs;the individual qualification rate was different depending on different regions;and no linear regression relationship was observed between individual and farm qualification rates of immune antibodies against H5,but a linear regression linear regression relationship was observed against H7.A reference was thereby provided for scientific evaluation on the immunization effect against HPAI and development of policies about the prevention and control of the disease.
