新媒体语境下高校网络党建工作创新的现实困境与创新策略

摘　　要：作为基础党建工作的一部分,高校学生党建工作是党的教育方针在高校的直接体现。网络党建工作创新是当代高校学生党建工作改革的必然趋势,也是高校党建工作创新的必然要求,更是高校党建工作发展的重要任务。面对网络党建专业化队伍建设不够完善、制度建设明显滞后、党建内容缺乏创新、党建网站缺乏互动性等困难,高校应积极采取加强党建工作队伍建设、完善党建管理制度、创新平台内容建设、强化互动交流等策略以加强和改进高校网络党建工作,推动新形势下的高校网络党建工作更上一层楼。As part of the basic Party building work, the Party building work for college students is a direct manifestation of the Party’s educational policy in colleges and universities. The development of network Party building work innovation is an inevitable trend of contemporary college student Party building work reforms, an inevitable requirement for college Party building work innovation, and an important task for the development of college Party building work.
