摘　　要：电子病历一直是医院医疗质量和管理水平的体现,是建立良好医患关系的基础。梳理《民法典》对病历相关规定的修改,分析相关法律对医院电子病历的规定,探讨对医院电子病历的影响和医院的应对。Electronic medical records have always been the embodiment of the medical quality and management level of the hospital, and the basis for establishing a good doctor-patient relationship. The article sorted out the modification of medical records in the Civil Code, analyzed the provisions of relevant laws and regulations on hospital electronic medical records, and discussed the impact on hospital electronic medical records and the hospital’s response to the hospital.
