The cement stabilized macadam and cement concrete modified by rubber particles have the advantages of high durability, low cost and environmental protection. In order to study the change of micro pores of cement in this type of cement-based materials under the action of rubber,in this paper, the quantitative mercury injection test method has been adopted, the water mud mortar with 60 mesh modified rubber particles with the proportion of 2%,4%and 6%has been selected, and the pore size distribution of cement mortar with different amount of rubber particles has been analyzed,to comparatively research the changes of micro pore structure of rubber particle modified cement mortar. The results have shown that the porosity of the rubber particle modified cement mortar will decrease, but the specific pore volume will increase;rubber particles may cause uneven pore distribution of cement mortar, and increase the volume of capillary pores and blow hole of cement mortar, thus reducing the compressive strength of cement mortar, but the extension of curing time and the appropriate increase of rubber particle content can inhibit this adverse influence of rubber particles.
