摘　　要：在选矿过程中,需要充分发设备性能,不断提高精矿品位和镍铜回收率,增加处理量、提高经济效益。金川集团公司选矿厂针对现有生产系统岗位人员劳动强度大、自动化水平低、现场环境恶劣、设备效率低、能源消耗大等问题。该厂通过建立碎矿全系统“一键启停”式集中控制系统、关键设备参数的三区变量控制系统、5G+智慧视觉分析、生产系统协同作业平台,对圆锥破碎机、皮带运输机、球磨机、浮选机、旋流器及加药系统等主要设备设施智能化升级改造,总结出了一套较为实用的选矿厂生产过程智能控制技术,对智慧选矿提供了一定的参考。In nikel and copper ore dressing,it is necessary to fully play equipment performance,continuously increase concentrate grade and recovery,expand processing capacity,improve economic benefits.Direct at the problems of high labor intensity,low automation level,harsh site environment,low equipment efficiency,high energy consumption,the concentrator of Jinchuan Group co,Ltd through one-button start stop central control system in crushing operation and the three variable area control system of key equipment parameters,5G+wisdom visual analysis,collaborative platform in production system,technically innovated cone crusher,belt conveyor,ball mill,flotation machine,cyclone.The plant summarizes a set of practical Intelligent control technology of mineral production process and provided reference for intelligent mineral processing.
