摘 要:目前,随着我国科学技术水平的不断提升,制造业也因此获得了良好的发展前景。现如今,铝合金大型薄壁平板件的铸造成形一直是目前制造领域所面临的重点问题,主要是因为在操作过程中具有非常大的难度,反重力铸造是生产优质薄壁铸件的重要策略。因此,在铝合金大型薄壁平板件铸造过程中,为了能在更大程度上提升铸件质量,应进一步加强对反重力铸造技术的研究工作,将增压保压值控制在合理的范围之内,在铸件厚度或者是冷铁厚度达到一定值时,可以对冷铁厚度或者是铸件厚度进行调整,从而可以有效减少缩松缺陷问题的产生。本文主要针对铝合金大型薄壁平板件反重力铸造技术进行了深入分析,希望能为相关人员提供合理的参考依据。At present,with the continuous improvement of China's scientific and technological level,the manufacturing industry has obtained a good development prospect.Nowadays,the casting and forming of large thin-walled aluminum alloy flat parts has always been a key problem in the manufacturing field,mainly because it is very difficult in the operation process.Counter gravity casting is an important strategy to produce high-quality thin-walled castings.Therefore,in the casting process of large thin-walled aluminum alloy flat parts,in order to improve the quality of castings to a greater extent,we should further strengthen the research on counter gravity casting technology,control the pressurization and pressure holding value within a reasonable range,and when the thickness of castings or chill reaches a certain value,the thickness of chill or chill can be adjusted,so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of shrinkage defects.In this paper,the counter gravity casting technology of large thin-wall aluminum alloy flat parts is deeply analyzed,hoping to provide a reasonable reference for relevant personnel.
