浅谈小型矿井机电安全管理存在问题及对策

摘　　要：公司矿井由于建矿历史较长,且均为年产15万吨以下的小型非金属矿井,基础薄弱,机电管理存在:机电管理体制不够健全、机电设备管理使用不规范、机电技术管理手段落后、机电队伍整体素质偏低、设备老化更新不及时等问题。针对这种情况,提高公司矿井机电管理水平,需从基础工作做起,加强机电组织保障,健全机电管理各项制度,完善设备质量监管体系,提高机电队伍综合素质,提高装备水平,抓好机电现场管理。Due to the long history of mine construction and the fact that the company's mines are small non-metallic mines with an annual output of less than 150000 tons,the foundation is weak,and there are problems in the electromechanical management:the electromechanical management system is not perfect,the management and use of electromechanical equipment is not standardized,the electromechanical technology management means are backward,the overall quality of the electromechanical team is low,and the aging and updating of equipment is not timely.In view of this situation,to improve the company's mine electromechanical management level,we need to start from the basic work,strengthen the electromechanical organization guarantee,improve the electromechanical management systems,improve the equipment quality supervision system,improve the comprehensive quality of electromechanical teams,improve the equipment level,and do a good job in electromechanical field management.
